- متابعة حالات التوصيل مع شركات الشحن.
- Missions principales
Requirements & Qualifications
- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في مجال تأكيد الطلبيات أو خدمة الزبائن (ليس شرطاً أساسياً).
المهام الأساسية
الاتصال بالزبائن هاتفياً لتأكيد طلبياتهم.
الرد على استفسارات الزبائن وتوجيههم.
الشروط المطلوبة
لباقة في الكلام وحسن التواصل مع الزبائن.
الجدية، الانضباط، والالتزام بمواعيد العمل.
إتقان اللهجة الجزائرية (ويفضل مستوى مقبول في الفرنسية).
