Assurer le suivi des clients et des commandes.
Élaborer les devis et préparer les factures.
Assurer le suivi commercial et administratif des dossiers clients.
Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et aux demandes des clients.
Assurer le classement et le suivi des documents commerciaux.
Coordonner avec les différents services de l’entreprise.
Profil recherché
Formation en commerce، gestion ou domaine similaire.
Expérience professionnelle confirmée en assistance commerciale.
