Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder facilitation، analytical and reporting skills

The assignment will strengthen practical environmental management and climate resilience in NPA office and humanitarian mine action operations.

Key

Lead project planning، implementation، monitoring، budget tracking and weekly reporting

Review NPA Green Office and Green Field tools and conduct office and field environmental assessments

Identify and oversee approved practical measures for water، waste، solar efficiency and field environmental risk mitigation

Coordinate consultations، provide staff coaching and facilitate a stakeholder workshop on an environmental NMAS roadmap

Submit assessments، an action plan، implementation evidence، workshop documentation and a final learning report

Required

and Experience Relevant environmental

or equivalent professional experience، with senior environmental expertise in Yemen

Demonstrated project management capacity under tight deadlines

Practical knowledge of water، waste، resource efficiency and climate resilience

Fluent Arabic and working English

Desirable : Experience with humanitarian mine action، INGOs، national authorities، donor-funded programmes or relevant environmental standards
