WE ARE HIRING MEP SPECIALIZED ENGINEERS
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate MEP installation works at construction sites.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings، technical specifications، and approved shop drawings.
- Coordinate HVAC، electrical، plumbing، drainage، firefighting، and other building services.
- Coordinate with civil and structural teams، consultants، subcontractors، and suppliers.
- Prepare and review material submittals، technical documents، BOQs، and method statements.
- Coordinate testing، commissioning، inspections، and project handover documentation.
- Identify technical issues and resolve site coordination clashes to minimize delays and rework.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering، Electrical Engineering، or a relevant discipline.
- Proven experience in MEP works for building construction and/or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems، construction practices، and technical specifications.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and coordinate multidisciplinary works.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD، knowledge of Revit MEP and BIM coordination is an advantage.
- Experience with BOQs، material approvals، inspection procedures، testing، and commissioning.
- Previous experience in Oman or the GCC is an advantage.
- Must currently be residing in Oman.
- Must hold a valid Omani residency permit.
- Must hold a valid Omani driving licence.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ensure MEP works comply with project specifications، applicable codes، and authority requirements.
- Monitor project progress، manpower productivity، material requirements، and work schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control and compliance with HSE requirements.
- Strong communication، problem-solving، planning، and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of relevant international standards and Oman-specific regulations and authority requirements.
