- تعلن شركة بروفيشنال جروب للخدمات اللوجستية والنقل عن حاجتها لتعيين مدير إدارة الموارد البشرية (HR Manager) بخبرة قوية في إدارة العمالة والتشغيل.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- مؤهل جامعي وخبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات، منها 3 سنوات في منصب إداري.
- خبرة في التوظيف الجماعي وإدارة العمالة متعددة المواقع، ويفضل قطاع النقل والسائقين.
- خبرة في شؤون العاملين والرواتب والحضور والانصراف والتأمينات.
إلمام بقانون العمل المصري وإدارة الأداء والتدريب.
إجادة Excel وأنظمة HR واللغة الإنجليزية.
مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية وقدرة على حل المشكلات.
