HIRING – SENIOR CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN / GENERAL FOREMAN Location: Al Buraimi، Oman Company: Al Mersal Al Mutakamilah We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Construction Foreman / General Foreman for renovation، maintenance، construction and finishing works
Key Responsibilities
- Block work and masonry
- Plastering
- Screed and floor leveling
- Concrete works
- Waterproofing
- Tile works
- Demolition and renovation
- Building maintenance and finishing works
- Reading drawings and understanding construction details
- Checking dimensions، levels and alignment
- Calculating daily material
- Organizing workers and work sequence
- Identifying poor workmanship and correcting problems before work continues
- Monitoring worker productivity and quality The candidate should be able to independently manage the daily execution of a small construction/renovation site according to approved drawings and instructions
Requirements & Qualifications
- Candidates will undergo an interview and practical skills assessment before final selection

- Salary will be discussed according to actual experience and practical ability
- Expected salary 7
This is NOT only a supervision position
The candidate must be practical، capable of managing a small team and willing to work hands-on when required
