- إعلان توظيف: موظف / موظفة محاسبة ومبيعات (الفواتير)
- تعلن شركة جهاد بلاست (Djihad Plast) المتخصصة في تجارة وتوزيع أنابيب ومستلزمات البلاستيك والتجهيزات الهيدروليكية ومواد البناء، عن رغبتها في توظيف عامل أو عاملة لشغل منصب محاسب(ة) ومسؤول(ة) مبيعات وفواتير (Facturation).
- مؤهل أو شهادة في المحاسبة، التسيير، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- تنظيم ودقة عالية في المعاملات المالية والمحاسبية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- متابعة الحسابات والمدفوعات والمستحقات مع الزبائن والموردين.
- استقبال طلبات الزبائن وتنسيق عمليات البيع والرد على استفساراتهم.
- إدارة وتسجيل الحركة اليومية للمبيعات والمقبوضات.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- تحرير وإدارة الفواتير (Facturation) وسندات الطلب والتسليم.
- خبرة أو إتقان تام للعمل على برامج المحاسبة والفواتير (Logiciel de facturation / gestion commerciale) وبرامج Microsoft Office (خاصة Excel).
- مهارات تواصل جيدة للتعامل مع الزبائن وإدارة المبيعات.
