- متابعة نواقص العمل وطلب المشتريات من الموردين
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- موظف إداري خبرة في شركات التنظيف المهام
- الرد على الزباين بالواتساب والتلفون ومتابعة مشاكل العمل
- تسعير الخدمات والتفاوض مع الزباين
- حجز المواعيد وتوزيعها على الباصات
- تسجيل كل موعد على النظام وإرسال روابط الدفع والفواتير
- تسجيل فواتير المشتريات على النظام الشروط
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في شركات التنظيف (شرط أساسي)
- مهارة في التفاوض والتسعير وإقناع الزبون
- خبرة في إدارة المخزن والمشتريات
- إجادة استخدام الكمبيوتر والأنظمة
- منظم وسريع ويعرف يتعامل تحت الضغط
- إقامة قابلة للتحويل
- يفضّل يعرف إنجليزي أو هندي للتواصل مع العمال للتواصل واتساب
