المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الرئيسية 1. إدارة وتوجيه عمليات الخلط والتصنيع (Blending & Manufacturing Operations):**
  • إعداد وحساب نسب الإضافات (Additives) والزيوت الأساسية (Base Oils: Group I، II، III) بدقة عالية وضمان تطبيقها حسب معادلات الخلط المعتمدة.
  • متابعة تشغيل وإدارة وحدات الخلط وتحديد درجات الحرارة، أزمنة التقليب، والضغط المطلوب لكل شحنة (Batch).
  • *2. إدارة الجودة والمختبر (Laboratory & Quality Control):**

شروط التقديم والمؤهلات

  • الوصف العام الوظيفة نبحث عن مهندس كيميائي/بتروكيميائي خبير يمتلك خبرة عملية وعميقة في الإشراف على عمليات خلط وتصنيع زيوت السيارات والزيوت الصناعية، وإدارة وتطوير جميع الفحوصات Laboratory/QC الخاصة بضبط الجودة، وتطوير التركيبات (Formulations) وفق المعايير العالمية (API، ACEA، SAE، ISO).
  • الإشراف الكامل على خطوط وعمليات خلط زيوت السيارات (زيوت المحركات، زيوت التروس، السوائل الهيدروليكية، وغيرها).
  • تقليل نسبة الهدر وزيادة الكفاءة التشغيلية لخطوط الخلط والتعبئة.
  • إجراء وتوثيق جميع الفحوصات المخبرية والتحاليل الفيزيائية والكيميائية للزيوت المصنعة والزيوت الخام، وتشمل
  • اللزوجة عند درجات الحرارة المختلفة ($40^\circ\text{C}$ / $100^\circ\text{C}$) ومعامل اللزوجة (Viscosity Index).
  • الكثافة والوزن النوعي (Density & Specific Gravity).
  • نقطة الوميض (Flash Point) ونقطة الانسكاب (Pour Point).
  • الرقم القاعدي الكلي (TBN) والرقم الحمضي (TAN).
  • قياس الرغوة (Foam Test) وحيود اللون (Color Index).
  • نسبة عناصر الإضافات ورماد الكبريت (Sulfated Ash).
  • إصدار شهادات التحليل (Certificate of Analysis
  • COA) لكل وجبة إنتاجية واستبعاد أو تعديل الشحنات غير المطابقة للمواصفات (Off-spec).
