تعلن مؤسسة صناعية عن توظيف أمين مخزن (Magasinier) يتولى مهام تسيير ومتابعة المخزون.
Key Responsibilities
- تنظيم وترتيب المخزن وضمان حسن استغلال المساحات.
- متابعة مستويات المخزون واحتياجات إعادة التموين.
- Missions principales
Requirements & Qualifications
- خبرة مهنية في منصب مماثل، ويفضل في الوسط الصناعي.
المهام الرئيسية
استلام البضائع والمواد ومراقبة مطابقتها.
تسيير عمليات الدخول والخروج من المخزون.
إجراء الجرد الدوري وتحيين سجلات المخزون.
ضمان التتبع الدقيق لحركة المواد والمستلزمات.
الشروط المطلوبة
تكوين في تسيير المخزون أو اللوجستيك.
إتقان استعمال الإعلام الآلي وبرنامج Excel.
التحلي بالدقة والتنظيم وتحمل المسؤولية وروح العمل الجماعي.

Réceptionner les marchandises et les matières premières، et contrôler leur conformité.
Gérer les opérations d'entrée et de sortie des stocks.
Organiser et ranger le magasin afin d'assurer une bonne gestion des espaces de stockage.
Suivre les niveaux de stock et anticiper les besoins en réapprovisionnement.
Effectuer les inventaires périodiques et mettre à jour les registres de stock.
Assurer une traçabilité rigoureuse des mouvements de matières et de fournitures.
Profil et
requises
Formation en gestion des stocks ou en logistique.
Expérience professionnelle dans un poste similaire، de préférence en milieu industriel.
Bonne maîtrise de l'outil informatique، notamment du logiciel Excel.
Faire preuve de rigueur، d'organisation، de sens des responsabilités et d'un bon esprit d'équipe.
