Key Responsibilities
- *Missions principales :**
- Concevoir، développer et améliorer les programmes de formation et d’apprentissage en collaboration étroite avec le CEO.
- Assurer la coordination pédagogique et veiller à la qualité des enseignements.
- Encadrer et accompagner les formateurs dans leurs missions.
- Organiser le suivi pédagogique des apprenants، des groupes et des plannings.
- Participer au développement de nouvelles offres de formation.
- *Profil recherché :**
- Expérience professionnelle exigée dans le domaine pédagogique، éducatif ou de la formation.
- Excellentes capacités d’organisation، de communication et de coordination.
- Esprit d’initiative، créativité et sens des responsabilités.
- Capacité à concevoir et structurer des programmes d’apprentissage.
- تصميم وتطوير وتحسين برامج التكوين والتعلم بالتعاون المباشر مع المدير العام (CEO).
- التنسيق البيداغوجي والسهر على جودة العملية التعليمية.
- تأطير ومرافقة الأساتذة والمكوّنين في أداء مهامهم.
- متابعة المتعلمين والمجموعات وتنظيم الجداول الزمنية.
- المساهمة في تطوير عروض وبرامج تكوينية جديدة.
- مهارات ممتازة في التنظيم والتواصل والتنسيق.
- روح المبادرة والإبداع وتحمل المسؤولية.
- القدرة على تصميم وهيكلة وتطوير برامج تعليمية وتكوينية.
