- يشترط وجود خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال المحاسبة داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
- ويفضل من لديه خبرة سابقة في شركات المقاولات.

كما يتطلب العمل إجادة استخدام برامج المحاسبة وبرنامج Excel مع ضرورة الدقة في العمل.
