WE'RE HIRING | SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
- Plan، create and publish content daily across TikTok، Instagram and Snapchat — Reels، Stories and short-form videos.
- Edit raw footage، ambassador UGC and product shoots into polished، platform-ready content.
- Design static ad creatives — product banners، promotional graphics and ad sets for paid campaigns.
- Manage our ambassador program: onboard creators، brief them on campaigns، collect and repurpose content، and track performance.
- Build and grow organic social accounts — not just repurpose paid content.
- Coordinate with our Meta Ads team to supply creatives and test new angles.
- Monitor content performance and improve based on what works.
- Short-form video editing — CapCut، Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent (required، non-negotiable).
- TikTok and Instagram content creation — portfolio of work you personally produced is required.
- Static ad design — Canva، Photoshop or equivalent.
- Influencer/ambassador coordination and community management.
- Copywriting for captions، briefs and campaign messaging in Arabic and/or English.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager — campaign setup، creative testing and reading results.
- Familiarity with Snapchat content formats is a plus.
- Strong eye for aesthetics، particularly skincare، beauty and lifestyle content.
- Self-managed and consistent — able to maintain a daily posting schedule.
- Arabic speaker (required)، English proficiency is a plus.
- Female candidates preferred.
- Strong understanding of skincare، cosmetics and beauty content.
- Based in Beirut، Lebanon.
