Une société spécialisée dans le secteur de la construction، située à Khraissia (Alger)، recrute une Assistante Ressources Humaines afin de renforcer son équipe.
Lieu de travail : Khraissia – Alger.
Profil recherché
Résider obligatoirement à Khraissia ou dans les environs.
Justifier d'au moins 1 an d'expérience dans le domaine des ressources humaines.
Avoir une bonne maîtrise des tâches administratives RH.
Être sérieuse، organisée، dynamique et avoir le sens des responsabilités.
Gestion et suivi des dossiers du personnel.
Suivi des présences et des absences.
Préparation des documents administratifs RH.
Participation au processus de recrutement.
Classement et archivage des documents.
