Overview
Action Against Hunger (ACF) is a humanitarian association founded in 1979, the organization operates in 47 countries in the fields of nutrition, health, food security and livelihoods, water, hygiene and sanitation, mental health and healthcare. In Libya, ACF is mainly implementing projects in the fields of water, healthcare and livelihoods. In order to implement its current projects, ACF is looking for profiles in lines with the following requirement and job description:

General Scope:
Ensure that the house and offices are hygienic and that the premises are clean. Manage the water consumption and rubbish disposal/incineration.
Required skills: Vigilance when handling chemical products (chlorine, etc.)
– Rigorous about following the rules of hygiene and disinfection
– tidy, discreet, good physical condition
– cooking skills is a plus
Objective 1 : Ensure cleaning of offices and the guest house:
Dust the surfaces, furniture and equipment;
Clean the windows whenever necessary;
Empty the wastepaper baskets and incinerate their contents;
Sweep and wash the floor;
Clean and disinfect the toilets;
Clean and disinfect the water filters and fill them up.
Objective 2 : Take care of the washing and keep the kitchen clean:
Wash, hang and iron the household linen and clothes ;
Make the beds in the transit rooms.
Wash the dishes, the equipment and the kitchen daily after use.
Objective 3: Prepare meals and keep the kitchen clean:
Prepare the meals respecting the hygiene rules for the house team
Wash the dishes, the equipment and the kitchen daily after use.
