Responsibilities: Engage with customers, understand their needs, and assist them in selecting the perfect car. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Provide accurate information about car specifications, pricing, and financing options. Conduct test drives and demonstrate the features and benefits of different car models. Negotiate and finalize sales transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction. Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns. Stay updated on the latest car models, industry trends, and competitors to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
Requirements: Proficient in English (Very good level) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for record-keeping and data analysis.
- Age between 21-40 years old. Minimum of two years of retail sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry. Previous experience in an automobile showroom is a huge plus. Passionate about cars and knowledgeable about different car models, features, and trends Driving license issued from any country is a must. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
