-Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
-Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics
-Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions
-Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems
-Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests
-Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts; explaining new features.
Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information

+Job Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant
-Age: 18-35
-Fluent English
-Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
-Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
-Strong sense of responsibility
-Excellent verbal skills
-Strong cross-functional relationship management
-Experience working in customer support is a plus
