Do the tele calling to the clients and introduce our services such as Recruitment and Manpower Supply for the assigned companies which are in IMS. nExplain to the client in detail on our Recruitment and Manpower services. nIf any potential clients are identified for the recruitment then pass the message to the Sales Supervisor. nIf any clients are identified for Manpower outsourcing services then it has to be addressed to Operations immediately. nAfter the call is disconnected with the client then enter all the details in the sales application on IMS. nSend an introductory email to the client which is a standard format which is through IMS. nIf any clients request for a meeting on the recruitment part then invite them to our office. If they are not able to reach our office then encourage them for a Zoom Meeting. Meeting will be confirmed by the operations Manager. nOrganize and schedule the meeting with the clients. (Physical u002 F Zoom) in line with the discussion with the Operations Manager. nOnce the schedule is confirmed with the client (For Manpower services or Recruitment) on the date and time then forward the schedule to the Operations. nMake the follow up calls in case any of the calls were not attended by the client. nOther duties as and when assigned in the Client Relationship AreanMeet the targeted calls per day which is 150 calls. nnnRequirements:nFemale (Omani only)nHigh School DiplomanMinimum years of experience or fresh candidate also will donnPlease apply to the position via the link belownhttps:u002 Fu002 Fomanjobs. omu002 Fjob_details. php?id=5863
