Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and superb organizational abilities are essential attributes for success in this role.Key Responsibilities:• Procurement and Evaluation: Gather quotations from subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of market rates and trends.• Data Analysis: Utilize specialized software packages tailored for windows and doors to analyze company data, monitor project budgets, and effectively track pricing dynamics.• Cost and Time Assessment: Identify labor and material costs, as well as project time requirements, through a meticulous review of project proposals, blueprints, and associated documentation.• Bilingual Proficiency: Proficiency in both French and English communication is mandatory for effective collaboration and communication within our organization.• This position offers an initial contract for the first 6 months, after which a permanent CDI contract will be extended to successful candidates.
