Correctly understand the project scope and requirements. Check the email thread with the client.r
Be aware of client’s needs, define project scope, and analyse risk and expectations.r
Report projects plan and updates to the Head of the Interpreting Department/interpreting coordinator/deptr
Actively participate in Interpreting Dept. chats and facilitate communication within the department in the measure that it’s required for easy development of projects and quotation stages.r
Provide a brief of the development of the project to the interpreting coordinator/ head of the interpreting dept. Underlying causes of problems, or process improvements as well as report on costs and suppliers of each event.r
Constantly monitor and report on project updates to all the departments.r
Track project milestones and ensure project deliverables are on time with the required quality standards.r
Track and maintain project costs.r
Responsible for the equipment before and after the eventr
Have a good professional relationship with freelance technicians and AV suppliers. r
Maintain technical documentation regarding each project.r
Support for Interpreting sales team for quote preparation and interaction with clients for technical questionsr
Keep an inventory of existing equipment according to existing procedures and tagging system.r
Maintain and ensure equipment is stored in an orderly manner.r
Regularly go over all equipment items to make sure they are in full working order.r
Inform the interpreting coordinator/Head of Interpreting when new equipment items are required (headset sponges, cables, other).r
Update the interpreting projects checklist based on new needs and use it for all projects.r
RSI/IT savvy/competent to use and update Protemos and Zoho CRM.r
Work from the office when there are no events by helping the legal department.r

Candidate requirementsr
Bachelor's degreer
2-4 years of experience as a technicianr
knowledge in managing Bosch interpreting equipmentr
Experienced with hybrid technologies and RSI platforms.r
Bullet-pointed list of qualifications r
Practical knowledge of MS Office/ Protemos, TMSr
Fluency in English and Arabic. Any other languages would be a plus.r
Demonstrated excellence in writing and verbal communication.r
Strong time management, interpersonal u0026 problem-solving skills.r
Demonstrates personal drive to succeed and reach own targets.r
Excellent communication skills r
Exceptional attention to detailr
Should be Customer oriented, Initiative, and Fast adapting.r
Very good decision-making skills.r
Excellent knowledge of technical requirements for equipment.r
