LYBOTICS is seeking a Robotics Team Mentor to lead a team of students. This part-time on-site role is available in different cities across Libya, so we’ll be sure to find you to the nearest hub (if you’re selected).
As a Robotics Team Mentor, you will guide and inspire students with the design, construction, and programming of robots, while also instilling problem-solving, critical thinking, and teamwork skills. You will assist students in developing innovative solutions and provide guidance on technical skills, design concepts, project management, and community outreach.
Qualifications
Passion for STEM education and demonstrated experience in robotics, programming, or engineering
Experience in mentoring or teaching young people and building strong relationships with students, parents, educators, and volunteers.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a diverse team environment.
Expertise in programming languages such as Python or Java, engineering skills, and experience with robot construction and assembly.
Experience with technical design, documentation, and project management.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in STEM field or equivalent experience.
