Job Description
Raco is seeking for cook for a camp of 10 to 50 worker in oil field located near Maradah (120 km from Maradah).
The cook will be supported by an assistant during his work.
Job Requirements
Meal Preparation: Plan, prepare, and cook a variety of nutritious meals for 10 to 50 workers according to established menus.
Menu Planning: Collaborate to create diverse and balanced menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of the workers.
Food Safety: Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring that all meals are prepared and stored in accordance with health regulations.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage kitchen supplies, ensuring that stock levels are maintained, and orders are placed as needed.
Kitchen Maintenance: Keep the kitchen clean and organized, including regular cleaning of equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
