•tManages all activities related to Stores.
•tCheck the stock availability of general food materials in coordination with the Purchase Dept.
•tIdentification of Shelves in the Stores and ensuring the validity of items in stock.
•tIdentification and grouping of Materials in Stores in relation to the software used for inventory control.
•tReceiving delivery material
•tMaking GRN (goods received note) on the system
•tKnowledgeable with the use of Excel
•tReceive and forward all goods and deliveries in and out of the hotel to the correct point of contact/storage area
•tKeep accurate recordings of all incoming and outgoing goods
•tIdentify slow moving items to avoid over purchasing
•tPlace orders through online procurement system
