What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Read and interpret customer and shipping orders, including deciphering difficult handwriting
• Enter data accurately into specific Microsoft Excel fields and other computer systems
• Verify the accuracy of data before entry and ensure consistency throughout the system
• Report data errors or anomalies to supervisors and maintain accurate work logs
• Perform filing, copying, and other administrative duties for approximately three hours daily
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and good communication skills
• Patience for repetitive tasks
• Minimum of one to two years of experience with data entry and/or filing
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Reading knowledge of Spanish, as about 5 to 10 percent of orders are in Spanish
• Social perceptiveness and service orientation
