Hiring Registered Nurse (RN) - IVF Looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with IVF experience to join our thriving fertility clinic. You will provide high-quality patient care, assisting with the IVF process, educating patients, and ensuring safe and effective procedures. Collaborate with a team of fertility specialists and embryologists in a supportive and rewarding environment. Key Responsibilities: * Direct patient care during IVF treatments (monitoring, medication, procedure assistance). * Patient education on IVF protocols, treatment plans, and side effects. * Emotional support to patients undergoing fertility treatments. * Monitoring for adverse reactions and reporting to physicians. * Communication with patients regarding lab results and care plans. * Assistance with egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and other IVF procedures. * Equipment preparation and sterilization. * Medication administration and patient education on medication use. * Patient monitoring for IVF-related injections and medications. * Monitoring and documenting patient progress (hormone levels, ultrasound results). * Maintaining accurate and complete patient records. * Administering blood draws and other diagnostic tests. Qualifications: * Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) * Current DHA/MOH license as a Registered Nurse (RN) * BLS and ACLS certifications * IVF experience preferred Skills & Abilities: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Detail-oriented and organized. * Compassionate and empathetic. * Collaborative team player. * Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
