What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Process claims and documents electronically
• Make outbound calls to doctors’ offices as volume permits
• Sort, image, and archive documents by form type
• Verify data from automated data extraction tools and ensure data is processed correctly
• Comply with all policies and standards
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High School Diploma or equivalency
• Must have a secure workspace with high-speed internet
• Ability to pass a typing test
• Strong data entry skills and computer navigation experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience in a data entry or administrative role
• Familiarity with application software and document management systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays if required
