You will be responsible for boosting sales and contributing to Egypt's long-term business growth. nnKey Responsibilities:n- Execute Business development plans by reaching out to the existing database of leads through telephone, face-to-face, cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email and networking. n- Meet monthly and quarterly sales KPIs (value and volume). n- Communicate effectively to manage clients’ expectations to ensure they receive a great experience on value-added products and subscriptions to new and older (expired or cancelled) accounts. n- Provide client training to ensure efficient, continuous use of the service, and conduct regular performance reviews and reports to maximise client retention. n- Regularly update the reporting dashboard to reflect all sales activities. n- Liaise with Finance, Customer Support, Legal and Marketing departments for any sales-related or client-related issues. n- Collect market insights and stay up to date with laws and local development news.
