Summary:
The Supervisor sales support operations level 1 is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales support operations level 1 to ensure that Merchant have a positive experience with the company. This includes providing training and support to agents, developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures, monitoring and evaluating agent performance, and resolving Merchant complaints and escalations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Receiving POS problems and directing them according to the follow-up areas
Preparing POS status reports, and stopped points of sale are contacted by Sales Support Operation Level 1 Agent to work on visiting them
Preparing weekly reports, monthly for the work of Sales Support Operation Level 1 Agent
Lead and manage a team of sales support operations level 1
Provide training and support to sales support operations level 1
Develop and implement Merchant policies and procedures
Monitor and evaluate the performance of support operations level 1
Work with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met
Resolve Merchant complaints and escalations
Represent the company at Merchant events and conferences
