As a Technical Commercial Engineer, you will bridge the gap between technical expertise and customer engagement. You will be responsible for providing technical support to sales teams, estimating pricing for customers, and tracking products from seller to customer. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction.
*Key Responsibilities:* estimating pricing for customers Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients. Assist in the development of proposals, quotes, and technical documentation. Provide technical support during the sales process, addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Work closely with the engineering team to communicate customer feedback and contribute to product development.
*Qualifications:* Experience in the sales of telecommunications, computer network products and security solution. Strong technical knowledge of [low-voltage systems, telecommunication, Computer Network, security solutions]. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Proficiency in [Microsoft Office , management software].
