مقابلة العملاء وتحديد الإمكانيات الخاصة بالعقار المطلوب.• تنسيق عمليات البيع والإشراف على توقيع العقود وصرف المستحقات المالية. • العمل كوسيط والتفاوض بين المشترين والبائعين.• تنسيق مواعيد الزيارة الميدانية للعقار وتقديم الخصائص والمميزات.• إنشاء قوائم العقارات المتوافقة مع احتياجات المشترين والموارد المالية.• مراجعة خطط البناء الجديدة مع العملاء وإعداد الخيارات والمميزات المتاحة.• التجاوب مع اسئلة العملاء المتعلقة بأعمال البناء والتمويل و الصيانة والإصلاحات والتقييمات.• مساعدة المشترين على اختيار العقار المناسب وتقديم التوصيات والإقتراحات.
