Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our training and consulting programs and services to potential clients. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and closing sales deals.
Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in various fields who can benefit from our IT training programs.
Conduct thorough research to understand clients’ needs, challenges, and goals.
Present and demonstrate our training programs to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Provide ongoing support and follow-up to clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
Stay updated with industry trends and developments to effectively position our training programs in the market.
Collaborate with the training team to gather feedback from clients and contribute to program enhancements.
Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ Years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT training or technology industry.
Strong knowledge of IT concepts and technologies, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical clients.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to identify clients’ pain points and propose suitable solutions.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Availability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
