Job Title: Business Development Executive (Omani National)
Location: Muscat, Oman

About Us:
Established in the UAE in 2020, Harmoonia Wellness focuses on delivering premium natural and organic products, specializing in health and wellness solutions, including mushroom-based supplements. After building a strong foundation in the UAE, we are expanding our operations into Oman. We are seeking an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial Business Development Executive to help us grow our presence in Oman, where you will play a key role in establishing our brand in the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for setting up and driving Harmoonia’s market presence.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to introduce and expand our product portfolio in Oman.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders in the health and wellness industry.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand market share.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and in-depth product knowledge.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitors.
- Represent Harmoonia at industry events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for the management team. Requirements:
- Nationality: Omani
- Experience: 23 years of experience in sales, preferably in the health, wellness, or FMCG sectors.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Ability to work independently as you will be the first sales hire in Oman, responsible for building the business from the ground up.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build client relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to create and implement sales growth strategies.
- Other: Willingness to travel within Oman and to other GCC countries when required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the health and wellness industry or a strong interest in natural and organic products.
- Knowledge of the Omani market and customer preferences.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
