1.Fulfill routine checks on LPG filling equipment for abnormalities or emergencies, before and during plant operation to report defects noted in equipment to Plant foreman for arranging repairs with the concerned maintenance staff, in line with defined standard operating procedures.
2. Perform routine LPG cylinder checks to ensure cylinders are in good condition during the different stages of filling operations and also check whether all filled cylinders are free of leaks and the valves duly sealed.
3.The weight of each filled cylinders shall be checked and ensure that there is/are no leak/s in cylinders during & after LPG filling operation. In case cylinders are overfilled and under filled, shall do weight correction, evacuation of cylinders, valve removal/fixing of new valves & purging of cylinders
