Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement the company’s sales strategies.
– Identify and achieve revenue goals and improve financial performance.
– Review and analyze financial data and provide periodic reports on business performance.
– Manage and develop the sales administration team and guide them in achieving goals.
– Identify and enforce work policies and procedures related to sales administration.
– Review and evaluate market trends and implement new marketing strategies.
– Analyze competitive data and implement improvements in business operations.
– Manage and develop existing customer relationships and attract new customers.
– Collaborate with other departments in the company to achieve overall coordination and effectiveness.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales & commercial business management.
– Deep knowledge of business, financial, and economic principles.
– Strong analytical skills and ability to make strategic decisions.
– Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
– Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
– Strong leadership skills and ability to work with a diverse team.
