Heavy Equipment Inspector Mechanical engineer
- Minimum 10-15 years’ experience in this field
- Spoken and written English fluent.
- Conducts inspection of all equipment / vehicle in the Yard/Workshop/site based on the company
-procedure and client requirement to minimize the equipment /vehicle failures.
-Inspection of mobile cranes, earthmoving equipment, forklift, Mobile Elevating Work Platforms,
Vehicle, Light equipment (Generator /Tower light /Compressor) and other heavy equipment.
- Inspection of lifting accessories (General lifting accessories, including chain slings, webbing slings
and wire rope slings, shackles, fork, jib, chain block, master link, swivel hook, lever hoist, etc.)
-Perform commissioning, performance, and proof load tests of different types of cranes
/MEWP/Heavy equipment/Generator.
- Maintain inspection records and forwards them on daily basis to the operation department.
-Completion of LEEA certificate will be a advantage.
- Ideally would have Technical Experience (Industrial, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas).
-Experience in construction/maintenance/equipment Rental Company preferable. GCC experience
& valid driving license will be added advantages.
