Manage the development of new products of new products : from the deployment plan to performance on the network Renewal/Creation Of Company Property Contract Review the dealer’s commercial conditions to ensure that the matches with business level and expenditures benchmark through the forecasted P& L.
Ensure the implementation of the business model policy for CODO/ COCO stations
Determine the appropriate fixed and variable fees at the beginning of every year for P& L
Support the Retail Manager /territory Managers in monitoring the business plan for new projects , new SFS concepts or significant events in retail business (e.g. fuel scarcity; change of pump price, stock gains and WCR). Financial Analysis Ensure that financial statements are analyzed monthly for COCO-CODO stations in TEMPO (internal optimization tool).
Review all financial reports (real P& L, financial situation) from the territory manager/regional director. Provide recommendations on continuing the agreement with them.
Identify dealers with financial risk and give recommendations on the continuation of the agreement with them.
Ensure the reliability of network contribution account ( NCA) with finance department. Animation and Trainings Active participation in the sales areas credit control meetings to present the position of the accounts at risks and action plans.
Provide trainings to the TM (team members) / RM ( Risk Manager ) on methodologies for financial analysis, P& L analysis and all business tools.
Active participation in the Retail & new mobilities commercial challenge and follow up with all entities to ensure alignment on values to achieve the targets set by APME. Profil du candidat B.A. in Business, Management, economics or equivalent
Master degree in Management, Marketing or equivalent
Proficient in Arabic, French and English
Very good analytical skills
