Junior Call Center Agent
tebcan.com a leading company working in digital health is looking to recruit a “Junior Call Center Agent” with the following responsibilities:
Book patient appointments / medical surgeries with doctors in the network.
Communicate with patients through various channels.
Provide information about the doctors in Tebcan’s network, their availability, and specialties.
Assist patients in booking appointments with doctors according to their preferences and schedules.
Handle patient complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
Resolve any case related to appointment bookings or doctor availability.
Keep accurate records of patient interactions and appointment bookings.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the best patient experience.
Stay up-to-date on changes in the medical network and new doctors joining the network.
Requirements:
Must be Amman resident.
Ability to work in different time shifts including weekends and holidays.
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in BA / Marketing or any related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Fresh graduate or 1 year experience in the same field.
Presentable and able to communicate effectively with patients.
Familiarity with medical terminology.
Good computer skills.
Active listening.
