we are looking for A Business Support Officer which he/she typically provides administrative assistance, manages office tasks, and supports daily operations and communication support to the company
Role Description:
A Business Support Officer provides administrative and operational assistance to various departments within a company.
Business Support Officers play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily business operations by managing tasks such as handling correspondence, maintaining records, organising meetings, and coordinating schedules.
Business Support Officers serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, contributing to efficient communication and facilitating collaboration across the organisation.
promoting productivity and supporting the overall success of the business.
act as a liaison between different departments and contribute to organizational efficiency
JOB Requirements:
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage tasks, schedules, and office operations efficiently.
Multitasking: Capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them effectively.
Attention to Detail: Thoroughness in performing tasks to ensure accuracy and quality.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and find practical solutions.
Teamwork: Collaboration with colleagues and other departments to achieve common goals.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and priorities.
Confidentiality:Understanding and adherence to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Initiative: Proactive approach to tasks and the ability to take initiative when necessary
Qualifications
Demonstrated knowledge of finance principles and practices
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Experience working in the food distribution & FMCG industry is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
