WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Electrical Senior Quantity Surveyor
Key Responsibilities
·Evaluate and review the proposals and preparation of comparative assessments of Subcontractors/Main Suppliers.
·Collect and Assist with the Documents including Pre-Qualifications, Material Submittal, etc. of separate Contractors, Vendors, and Suppliers.
·Scope of work Identification and responsibility matrix for Sub-Contract Agreements.
·Preparations of sub-contract agreements.
·Studies the sub-contractor / suppliers’ payments and variations.
·Review and evaluate claims submitted by sub-contractors companies
·Ensure all the time-barred registration and documentation, such as Warranties, Bonds, Insurances, and guaranties are in place maintained and updated in accordance with the contract and are in compliance with the contract requirements.
·Assists Commercial Manager / Contracts Manager on contractual issues while evaluating variation orders and IPCs
·Preparations of BOQ and quantity take off.
·Ability to prepare and analyze unit rate breakdown.
·Preparations of Main Interim Payment Certificates with the supporting documents with follow-up.
·Assists in the preparation of the commercial part of claims and reports
·Prepare cash flow for the required due payments of suppliers and subcontractors.
·Any other duties according to the nature of the main job
