Key Jordan is currently recruiting for a Pre Sales Specialist on behalf of our client in the IT sector. The primary focus of this role is to cultivate long-term relationships with clients, oversee sales activities, manage accounts, ensure client satisfaction, and identify new sales opportunities while acting as the main point of contact.
Responsibilities:
Continuously educate oneself about the solutions offered
Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to customers
Efficiently capture customer requirements
Assess and scope deals for proposal submission
Develop proof of concept (POC) as required
Conduct market analysis to identify general market needs and emerging trends
Evaluate competition and provide insights
Propose innovative enhancements to the product
Develop presentations, product documentation, and content based on market knowledge and product understanding.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related fields. 23 years of experience in IT solutions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
High level of understanding of the IT solutions market.
Proficiency in English.
Knowledge of the ERP (space.
