Roles & ResponsibilitiesnnGenerate new business for freight forwarding (sea, air, land), trucking, and customs clearance servicesnnBuild and maintain a pipeline of importers, exporters, and trading companies in OmannnPrepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close businessnnRetain and grow existing accounts through regular client visits and follow-upnnCoordinate with operations to ensure service delivery matches what was soldnnReport sales activity and pipeline status to the General ManagernnnWhat We OffernnMonthly base salary OMR 200–600 based on experiencennCommission on generated businessnnEmployment visa for expatriate candidatesnnDirect access to company management — no layersnnDesired Candidate Profilenn3–7 years of sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping (GCC experience required)nnProven record of acquiring and retaining commercial clientsnnKnowledge of Omani customs clearance procedures and shipping documentationnnFluent English (Arabic an advantage)nnCandidates currently in Oman with a transferable visa or NOC will be given preferencennBachelor's degree preferred but not required where experience is strong
