المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة مراقبة المحاسبة وإعداد الفواتير على Odoo (إنشاء الفواتير ومراقبة المدفوعات).
- تطوير ومراقبة وأرشفة عروض الأسعار بالإضافة إلى عقود العملاء.
- إدارة إدارة محفظة العملاء: مراقبة الملفات والولاء والتذكيرات.
المهام
ضمان الاتصال بين العملاء وفريق المبيعات، من خلال جمع ونقل احتياجات العملاء.
تعامل مع الدفعات المتأخرة عن طريق تنفيذ التذكيرات، والتفاوض على دفعات الأقساط عند الضرورة.
بحث الملف الشخصي
تدريب Bac+2/3 في الإدارة أو التجارة أو المحاسبة.
الخبرة المرغوبة في علاقات العملاء أو الإدارة التجارية
الدقة والشعور بالتنظيم ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين الجيدة لإنشاء علاقة ثقة مع العملاء.
إتقان الأدوات الرقمية والمكتبية. إن المعرفة بـ Odoo محل تقدير كبير.
