- إعداد الوثائق التجارية، وأسعار البيع، والفواتير، والتقارير عن الأنشطة
- إدارة المكالمات الهاتفية والبريد الإلكتروني وتنظيم مواعيد فريق المبيعات
- معرفة جيدة بأدوات التشغيل المكتبي (Word، Excel، PowerPoint) وبرامجيات إدارة الأعمال التجارية.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- والمؤهلات خبرة مهنية تتراوح بين سنة واحدة وثلاث سنوات في وظيفة مماثلة
البعثات الرئيسية )ج( المتابعة اﻹدارية للملفات التجارية تنسيق التبادلات بين مختلف الدوائر الداخلية والعملاء
المشاركة في تحديث قواعد البيانات المتعلقة بالعملاء وتقديم تقارير منتظمة شهادة: درجة البكالوريا + 5 في المساعدة، أو الإدارة أو التجارة
مهارات تنظيمية ممتازة واهتمام بالتفاصيل
