We are looking for a working supervisor who divides their time equally between the sales floor and the back warehouse. You will lead by example in three critical areas: keeping the entire facility (front and back) spotless, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing warehouse organization, safety, and workflow. You never ask anyone to do something you wouldn't do yourself—whether that's sweeping sawdust, unloading a truck, walking a customer to plumbing fittings, or reorganizing pallet racks. You believe a supervisor's job is to demonstrate the right behavior, not just delegate it. You are the first to grab a broom, greet a customer, or break down cardboard. The team follows your actions, not just your words.
